If you ever have a concern, complaint, or wish to appeal an assessment outcome, we encourage you to contact us directly.
All concerns are handled fairly, confidentially, and without bias. Our goal is to resolve any issues informally and constructively wherever possible.
If a resolution cannot be reached informally, a formal review will be conducted by the Academy team to ensure a fair and balanced outcome.
Refund & Withdrawal Policy
As all course materials are provided immediately upon enrolment, all sales are non-refundable. This policy ensures fairness and protects access to our digital resources.
However, students are granted lifetime access to all materials, allowing them to complete training at their own pace.
